Shanxi Provincial Party Committee General Office Counsel Xiaoyan Duan led to JinHui ZhaoLong High Technology co., Ltd. on May 28th 2016. She gave some inspection and instruction on the break-through made in the three aspects of "scientific and technological innovation”, “financial revitalization” and “private economy". They were accompanied by Lvliang Municipal Commintte, Xiaoyi Municipal Party Committee Secretary Wenge Ma, the Chaiman of JinHui Group Shengui Li and the General Manager of JinHui ZhaoLong Aimin Hou, etc.
The working group made detailed understanding on the aspects of scientific and technological innovation, product research and development, industrial extension and investment & financing, etc of the JinHui ZhaoLong full biodegradable polyester project. JinHui ZhaoLong launched its first phase of the project in 2015 with a production capacity of 100,000 tons. The product of PBAT is a kind of extremely potential biodegradable polymer material. It can be processed to manufacture mulch films, garbage bags, plastic wrapping bags, etc which can be fully decomposed into carbon dioxide and water under natural condition. It can largely contribute to the elimination of white pollution and improvement of our living environment
The working group also visited the polyester plant, succinic
acid plant, modification plant of JinHui ZhaoLong, and fully affirmed the hard
work and result in the "three breakthroughs" carried out by JinHui Group.
They learned about the problems and difficulties during the project
construction process and gave the related suggestions and opinions, in order to
better promote the listing work of JinHui ZhaoLong.and get it listed on the “New
Three Board” smoothly at the end of this year.
Based on the fact that JinHu I ZhaoLong is the typical project of scientific and financial innovation, and financial revitalization in Xiaoyi City and Lvliang City, the working group expressed that it would actively coordinate with Shanxi Financial Office, Small and Medium Business Bureau, Science Department, in order to provide it with funds for the project development, technical guidance, support on the listing work, etc and further promote the healthy and rapid development of JinHui ZhaoLong.
